Privacy Policy

Last updated September 2026

OwnInNoCo (owninnoco.com) is run by Christine Gwinnup, a Colorado real estate broker with LPT Realty, doing business as The Little Lady Sells Homes. This page explains what information this site collects, what we do with it, who it is shared with, and how to stop hearing from us.

What we collect

When you fill out the homeownership form, we receive what you type or choose:

  • your first and last name, email address and phone number;
  • your answers: how soon you hope to move, whether you currently own or rent, whether you are a veteran or active military, your credit range, how much you have saved for a down payment, and whether you are pre-approved for a mortgage;
  • if you choose to answer them: where you hope to buy, and whether you work in one of the fields some homebuyer programs are for (school employee, law enforcement, firefighter, EMT);
  • the names of the homebuyer programs shown to you on the results screen, which are worked out from your answers;
  • whether the text-message consent box was checked.

We save your answers as you go. Once you have typed a valid email address or phone number into the form, what you have entered so far (your name, email, phone, the answers you have chosen, the page you were on and any campaign tags in the link you followed) is saved if you leave the page or stop for about a minute without sending the form, so you do not lose your progress and Christine can follow up by call or email. A form that was not sent is never treated as consent to text messages.

The form does not ask for your Social Security number, income documents or bank details, and we do not pull your credit.

When you browse the site, it uses Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Ads remarketing. These services set cookies and receive standard browsing information such as the pages you view, your device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We use this to see which pages are useful and to show our ads to people who have visited. Our own event code reports only steps such as a button being clicked, the form being started or sent, or “not yet pre-approved” being chosen — it does not send your name, email, phone number or other form answers.

How we use it

  • to respond to you and send the homeownership roadmap or other information you asked for;
  • to follow up about your homeownership options by call, text or email, as described in the consent section below;
  • to keep a record of our conversation so you do not have to repeat yourself.

Who we share it with

  • Our CRM (Lofty). Form submissions go through our lead system into Lofty, the customer relationship manager we use to keep track of and follow up on inquiries.
  • Our brokerage, LPT Realty. Christine is licensed with LPT Realty, and client and inquiry records may be available to the brokerage as part of its supervision and recordkeeping.
  • A phone-lookup service. If you give us an email address but no phone number, we may send your name and email to a data provider (BatchData) to look up a phone number for you. A number found this way is used only for a personal phone call from Christine — never for automated or marketing texts — and it is checked against the Do Not Call registry where that information is available.
  • Services you choose to use. If you book a call through Calendly or register for a seminar on Eventbrite, those companies collect your details under their own privacy policies and pass your booking or registration to us, and we add it to our CRM.

We do not sell your information.

We may also disclose information if required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request.

Calls, texts and emails: your consent

The homeownership form includes this optional text-message consent box, which is unchecked until you check it:

“Yes, text me about homes and programs. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Consent is not required to get your results.”

If you check that box and send the form, you agree to receive text messages from Christine Gwinnup (The Little Lady Sells Homes, LPT Realty) at the phone number you provided about homes and homeownership programs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Checking the box is not required to send the form, get your results or work with Christine, and you can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.

Sending the form, with or without the box checked, asks Christine to contact you about your homeownership options by call or email at the details you provided. We only text you if you checked the box.

How to opt out

  • Texts: reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
  • Emails: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.
  • Anything else: call or email Christine using the details below and ask to stop being contacted, or to have your information corrected or deleted. Records the brokerage is required to keep may be retained.

To limit cookies, you can block or clear them in your browser settings; Google also offers an opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning a home purchase. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
